Orders and Shipping

If you wish to update or cancel an order, please contact us at support@ergovalue.com so we can help you with the request.

Our fulfillment process orders quickly to ensure a timely delivery, leaving a narrow window to change or cancel an order, but we will do our best to help!

We are sorry that your order has arrived in a less than perfect condition!

We will ship a new one to you absolutely free. Please email us at support@ergovalue.com and include the order ID in the email subject.

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

When your product is shipped, we will send you a tracking number for your package.

We currently do not ship internationally, although we hope to soon!

 

We offer free shipping for all orders to the 48 states of the contiguous United States.

Due to higher shipping cost, we still charge a flat rate shipping for orders to Hawaii and Alaska.

We accept the following payment options:

  • Credit card including Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover
  • Debit card
  • PayPal
  • Venmo

Orders are processed within 1 business days and shipped through ground.

Once shipped, it usually takes between 3-5 business days to receive your order.

Return and Refunds

     1.Contact us
Email support@ergovalue.com with subject as “Return”. Please include your order number and name within the email so our team can better locate your order to initiate the processNote that any packages sent without contacting support@ergovalue.com first will not be refunded.

     2.Repack
Make sure your item is in the same, like-new condition, packed in the original packaging with all included contents. Put the product back into the brown shipping box that it came with.

     3.Ship
Once approved, we will email you the instructions to ship the product back to us.
Please kindly note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

     4.Refund
Once we received and examined your return items, we will send you a notice of refund and refund your purchase through your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

If you purchased a product from us and are not happy with it, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us.
